The McCallum Knights routed the host Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin Raptors basketball team by a final score of 61-38 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Knights now possess a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastside Early College for a 5A Region III District 24 battle on Friday, December 15. McCallum will battle a Panthers team coming off a 68-43 non-league loss to Hyde Park (Austin, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 4-5.

The Raptors (7-6) will now prepare for their battle against Northeast Early College (Austin, TX). The Raiders come into the 5A Region III District 24 battle with a 1-12 record. In their last battle, Northeast Early College was overwhelmed by Navarro (Austin, TX), 47-45, in a league battle.
