The Mahomet-Seymour Bulldogs basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Taylorville Tornadoes to 18 in the Bulldogs league victory on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Mahomet-Seymour will battle a Railsplitters team coming off a 37-29 non-league win over East Peoria (East Peoria, IL). The Railsplitters record now stands at 5-3.

The Tornadoes (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Mattoon (Mattoon, IL). The Greenwave come into the Apollo contest with a 3-5 record.
