The Sioux Center Warriors basketball team (Sioux Center, IA), was nudged 51-48 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen (Orange City, IA)

The Dutchmen now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sibley-Ocheyedan for a Siouxland battle on Friday, December 15. MOC-Floyd Valley will battle a Generals team coming off a 46-36 league loss to Sheldon (Sheldon, IA). The Generals record now stands at 0-5.

The Warriors (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Central Lyon (Rock Rapids, IA). The Lions come into the Siouxland battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Central Lyon was nudged by West Lyon (Inwood, IA), 69-64, in a league battle.
