Mississippi High School Basketball - Park Place Christian Academy ripped by Simpson Academy

The Simpson Academy Cougars basketball team scored 76 points and held the visiting Park Place Christian Academy Crusaders to 34 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cougars now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lamar for a MAIS 5A District 2 contest on Thursday, December 14. Simpson Academy will meet a Raiders team coming off a 70-37 league loss to Leake Academy (Madden, MS). The Raiders record now stands at 4-9.
The Crusaders (11-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wayne Academy (Waynesboro, MS). The Jaguars enter the MAIS 5A District 2 contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Wayne Academy was routed by Simpson Academy (Mendenhall, MS), 64-45, in a league contest.
