With the victory, Sloan-Hendrix improves its record to 14-5 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Izard County (Brockwell, AR) to play the Cougars in a 2A Region 2 challenge on Friday, December 15. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 4-4. Izard County won 63-47 in their recent league challenge against White County Central (Judsonia, AR)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Atkins Red Devils (Atkins, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 14. Quitman will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 52-50 league win over Mayflower (Mayflower, AR).
