The La Villa Cardinals basketball team scored 33 points and restricted the visiting Ben Bolt Badgers to 32 in the Cardinals league victory on Tuesday.

The Cardinals now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Premont for a 2A Region IV District 32 contest on Tuesday, December 19.

The Badgers (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Kaufer (Riviera, TX). The Seahawks come into the 2A Region IV District 32 contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Kaufer edged Santa Maria (Santa Maria, TX), 48-27, in a league contest.
