Horatio Lions (Horatio, AR) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Caddo Hills Indians (Norman, AR), 36-28 in a league bout.

With the victory, Horatio upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Murfreesboro (Murfreesboro, AR) to play the Rattlers in a 2A Region 7 bout on Thursday, December 14. The Rattlers come into the bout with a record of 4-4. Murfreesboro lost 44-40 in their recent league bout against Spring Hill (Hope, AR)

Next up, the Indians play the Ouachita Warriors (Donaldson, AR) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Caddo Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record.
