Catholic Central Crusaders (Troy, NY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ichabod Crane Riders (Valatie, NY), 85-23 in a league bout.

With the win, Catholic Central upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Crusaders host Schalmont (Schenectady, NY) to play the Sabres in a Section 2 Colonial bout on Friday, December 15. The Sabres go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Schalmont lost 40-20 in their recent league bout against Mohonasen (Schenectady, NY)

Next up, the Riders play the Academy of the Holy Names (Albany, NY) in a Section 2 Colonial bout, on Friday, December 15. Ichabod Crane will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 59-48 league loss to Albany Academy for Girls (Albany, NY).
