In Tuesday's league outing, the Larue County Hawks (Hodgenville, KY) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Caverna Colonels (Horse Cave, KY), by a margin of 60-22.

The Hawks (1-6) will now prepare for their outing against Hart County (Munfordville, KY). The Raiders go into the District 18 outing with a 4-1 record. In their last outing, Hart County smashed Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY), 77-53, in a non-league outing.

The Colonels now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Green County for a District 18 outing on Friday, December 15. Caverna will clash with a Dragons squad coming off a 58-50 non-league loss to Marion County (Lebanon, KY). The Dragons record now stands at 3-2.
