The GMG Wolverines (Garwin, IA) basketball smashed the host Colo-NESCO Royals (Colo, IA), 60-37 in Tuesday's league contest.
The Wolverines now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Collins-Maxwell for a Iowa Star contest on Friday, December 15. GMG will meet a team coming off a 57-36 league win over North Tama (Traer, IA). The record now stands at 5-3.
The Royals (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against BCLUW (Conrad, IA). The Comets enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, BCLUW was routed by Grundy Center (Grundy Center, IA), 60-30, in a league contest.
