Utah High School Basketball - Lone Peak nipped by Copper Hills

The Copper Hills Grizzlies tipped the host Lone Peak Knights basketball team by a final score of 52-47 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Grizzlies face the Woods Cross Wildcats (Woods Cross, UT) in a non-league game, on Friday, December 15. Copper Hills will attempt to move on its 7-0 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 3-1 record after their 45-32 non-league win over Hunter (West Valley City, UT).

With the defeat, Lone Peak moves to 3-4 on the year. The Knights travel to IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL) to face the Ascenders in a non-league game on Monday, December 18. The Ascenders enter the game with a record of 8-0. IMG Academy won 60-54 in their recent non-league game against Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD)
