North Carolina High School Basketball - Corvian Community edges Langtree Charter

In Tuesday's league outing, the Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) basketball squad nipped the visiting Langtree Charter Lions (Mooresville, NC), by a margin of 27-20.

The Cardinals (1-4) will now prepare for their outing against Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC). The Knights go into the non-league outing with a 4-4 record. In their last outing, Gray Stone Day got by Langtree Charter (Mooresville, NC), 44-34, in a non-league outing.

The Lions now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Lincoln Charter for a 1A/2A Catawba Shores outing on Friday, December 15. Langtree Charter will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 44-37 league loss to Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 4-4.
