Creekview Mustangs (Carrollton, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Lone Star Rangers (Frisco, TX), 53-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Creekview upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Frisco (Frisco, TX) to play the Raccoons in a 5A Region II District 9 challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Raccoons come into the challenge with a record of 3-11.
