Georgia Christian Generals (Valdosta, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Highland Christian Academy EAGLES (Valdosta, GA), 35-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Georgia Christian upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Generals host Baker County (Newton, GA) to clash with the Bears in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 2-1.

Next up, the EAGLES clash with the Fullington Academy Trojans (Pinehurst, GA) in a GIAA A Region 3 bout, on Friday, January 5. Highland Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 66-36 non-league win over Central Georgia Arts (Macon, GA).
