South Carolina High School Basketball - James Island topples Wando

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC) basketball squad beat the host Wando Warriors (Mt. Pleasant, SC), by a margin of 46-35.

The Trojans (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Ashley Ridge (Summerville, SC). The Swamp Foxes go into the non-league outing with a 6-1 record. In their last outing, Ashley Ridge defeated Charleston Math & Science (Charleston, SC), 80-18, in a non-league outing.

The Warriors now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to West Ashley for a non-league outing on Wednesday, December 13. Wando will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 62-20 non-league win over Stratford (Goose Creek, SC). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-5.
