The Preston Pirates basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Kellyville Ponies to 38 in the Pirates non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Pirates now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pittsburg for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 14. Preston will battle a Panthers team coming off a 39-23 league win over Savanna (Savanna, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 5-2.
The Ponies (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Riverfield Country Day (Tulsa, OK). The Ravens come into the non-league contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Riverfield Country Day dropped by Claremore Christian (Claremore, OK), 32-31, in a non-league contest.
