With the win, Tyler upgrades its record to 10-9 on the season. The Lions travel to Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, TX) to clash with the Tigers in a 5A Region II District 15 bout on Friday, December 15. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-11. Mt. Pleasant lost 65-59 in their recent league bout against Marshall (Marshall, TX)

Next up, the Lobos clash with the Hallsville Bobcats (Hallsville, TX) in a 5A Region II District 15 bout, on Friday, December 15. Longview will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 4-9 record after their 56-23 non-league win over Spring Hill (Longview, TX).
