The Oologah Mustangs (Oologah, OK) basketball knocked off the visiting Miami Wardogs (Miami, OK), 48-30 in Tuesday's league test.
The Mustangs (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Locust Grove (Locust Grove, OK). The Pirates go into the Verdigris Valley test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Locust Grove notched a victory over Catoosa (Catoosa, OK), 70-34, in a league test.
The Wardogs now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Sequoyah for a Verdigris Valley test on Friday, December 15. Miami will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 50-28 non-league loss to Kansas (Kansas, OK). The Eagles record now stands at 1-4.
