The Seagoville Dragons routed the host Samuell Spartans basketball squad by a margin of 50-12 in Tuesday's league test.

The Dragons (4-6) will now prepare for their test against North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX). The Stallions go into the 5A Region II District 12 test with a 5-16 record. In their last test, North Mesquite was trounced by Poteet (Mesquite, TX), 39-9, in a league test.

The Spartans now own a 1-11 record. They play next when they travel to Conrad for a 5A Region II District 12 test on Friday, December 15. Samuell will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 46-27 league win over Adams (Dallas, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 8-2.
