The Grimsley Whirlies basketball team scored 41 points and held the host Southeast Guilford Falcons to 21 in the Whirlies non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Whirlies now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwest Guilford for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Grimsley will meet a Vikings team coming off a 73-41 non-league win over Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 2-1.
The Falcons (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Nighthawks enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.
