Simpson Academy Cougars (Mendenhall, MS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Park Place Christian Academy Crusaders (Pearl, MS), 57-6 in a league bout.

With the win, Simpson Academy upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Cougars travel to Lamar (Meridian, MS) to play the Raiders in a bout on Thursday, December 14. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Crusaders play the Lamar Raiders (Meridian, MS) in a bout, on Friday, January 5. Park Place Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
