Cave Spring Knights (Roanoke, VA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Pulaski County Cougars (Dublin, VA), 34-31 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Cave Spring upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Salem (Conyers, GA) to play the Seminoles in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Seminoles come into the bout with a record of 2-1. Salem lost 48-45 in their recent non-league bout against Creekside Christian Academy (McDonough, GA)

Next up, the Cougars play the Blacksburg Bruins (Blacksburg, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Pulaski County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Bruins come into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 48-40 non-league loss to Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA).
