The Charlottesville Black Knights basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Orange County Fighting Hornets to 34 in the Black Knights non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Black Knights now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Louisa County for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Charlottesville will battle a Lions team coming off a 53-39 non-league loss to Freeman (Richmond, VA). The Lions record now stands at 3-3.

The Fighting Hornets (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Madison County (Madison, VA). The Mountaineers come into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Madison County triumphed over William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA), 54-52, in a non-league contest.
