Lake Placid Dragons (Lake Placid, FL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Hardee Wildcats (Wauchula, FL), 47-40 in a league bout.

With the win, Lake Placid upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Dragons travel to Frostproof (Frostproof, FL) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 11. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-3.

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Babcock Trailblazers (Punta Gorda, FL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. Hardee will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
