The Pisgah Bears basketball team (Canton, NC), dropped 45-25 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Mountain Heritage Cougars (Burnsville, NC)
The Cougars now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Watauga for a non-league battle on Friday, December 15. Mountain Heritage will battle a Pioneers team coming off a 71-28 non-league loss to Reagan (Pfafftown, NC). The Pioneers record now stands at 4-2.
The Bears (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Smoky Mountain (Sylva, NC). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 5-2 record. In their last battle, Smoky Mountain prevailed over Swain County (Bryson City, NC), 52-33, in a non-league battle.
