Simpson Academy Cougars (Mendenhall, MS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Park Place Christian Academy Crusaders (Pearl, MS), 45-26 in a league bout.
With the win, Simpson Academy upgrades its record to 10-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Lamar (Meridian, MS) to play the Raiders in a bout on Thursday, December 14. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
