North Carolina High School Basketball - Southeast Halifax trounces Weldon

December 12, 2023: Weldon, NC 27890

The Southeast Halifax Trojans (Halifax, NC) basketball crushed the host Weldon Chargers (Weldon, NC), 71-49 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Trojans (6-0) will now prepare for their test against Corinth Holders (Wendell, NC). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Corinth Holders was trounced by Southern Lee (Sanford, NC), 39-33, in a non-league test.

The Chargers now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Tarboro for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 20.
