Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Susquenita overwhelmed by Halifax

December 12, 2024: Duncannon, PA 17020

In Thursday's league test, the Halifax Wildcats (Halifax, PA) basketball squad trounced the host Susquenita Blackhawks (Duncannon, PA), by a score of 73-39.

Next, the Wildcats encounter the Berks Catholic Saints (Reading, PA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, December 14. Halifax will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Saints come into the test with a 3-1 record after their 52-47 league loss to Governor Mifflin (Shillington, PA).

The Blackhawks (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Newport (Newport, PA). The Buffaloes come into the Tri-Valley test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Newport was routed by East Juniata (McAlisterville, PA), 46-44, in a league test.
