The Mount Sinai Mustangs basketball team scored 63 points and limited the host Islip Buccaneers to 42 in the Mustangs league triumph on Thursday.

The Mustangs now have a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to William Floyd for a non-league game on Saturday, December 14.

With the loss, Islip falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Buccaneers travel to Mount Sinai (Mount Sinai, NY) to confront the Mustangs in a Section 11 A-6 game on Wednesday, January 22. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 3-0.
