The King & Queen Central Royal Tigers (King & Queen Court House, VA) basketball edged the visiting West Point Pointers (West Point, VA), 49-43 in Thursday's league bout.

The Royal Tigers now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Northumberland for a non-league bout on Friday, December 13. King & Queen Central will play a Indians team coming off a 72-69 non-league win over Mathews (Mathews, VA). The Indians record now stands at 1-1.
