In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Lowell Devils basketball team scored a close 59-57 win over the McKenzie Eagles.
The Devils (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Nyssa (Nyssa, OR). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Nyssa was tipped by Weiser (Weiser, ID), 53-35, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Gold Beach Panthers (Gold Beach, OR) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 13. McKenzie will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record.
