The Tahoma Bears basketball squad (Maple Valley, WA), was nudged 61-60 in Thursday's league battle with the host Mt. Rainier Rams (Des Moines, WA)

With the victory, Mt. Rainier advances its record to 5-1 on the year. The Rams travel to Auburn Riverside (Auburn, WA) to meet the Ravens in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound battle on Tuesday, December 17. The Ravens enter the battle with a record of 2-4. Auburn Riverside won 57-41 in their recent non-league battle against Fife (Fife, WA)

The Bears now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kennedy Catholic for a 3A/4A North Puget Sound battle on Tuesday, December 17. Tahoma will meet a Lancers squad coming off a 73-41 league loss to Auburn (Auburn, WA). The Lancers record now stands at 1-4.
