Illinois High School Basketball - Andrew sneaks past Lincoln-Way Central

The Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL) basketball edged the visiting Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL), 48-43 in Thursday's league bout.

The Thunderbolts now possess a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Plainfield North for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 14. Andrew will play a Tigers team coming off a 53-47 league loss to Bolingbrook (Bolingbrook, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, Lincoln-Way Central falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Knights host Marist (Chicago, IL) to play the RedHawks in a non-league bout on Monday, December 16. The RedHawks go into the bout with a record of 7-2. Marist won 73-36 in their recent non-league bout against Romeoville (Romeoville, IL)
