The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Fairview Yellowjackets (Fairview, TN) and the visiting Battle Creek Grizzlies (Spring Hill, TN), observed Fairview's basketball team overwhelm Battle Creek by a score of 43-18.

The Yellowjackets (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hickman County (Centerville, TN). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Hickman County trounced Columbia Academy (Columbia, TN), 40-34, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Grizzlies battle the Summertown Eagles (Summertown, TN) in a 2A District 10 challenge, on Friday, December 13. Battle Creek will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 57-15 non-league win over Spring Hill (Columbia, TN).
