The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Cathedral Panthers (Boston, MA) and the visiting Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA), observed Cathedral's basketball team overwhelm Brockton by a score of 79-21.
The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Menchville (Newport News, VA). The Monarchs come into the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Menchville trounced Kecoughtan (Hampton, VA), 82-11, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Boxers battle the Stoughton Black Knights (Stoughton, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 14. Brockton will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
