Virginia High School Basketball - Mountain View can't get by Courtland

The Mountain View Wildcats basketball squad (Stafford, VA), was nudged 28-27 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Courtland Cougars (Spotsylvania, VA)

With the victory, Courtland advances its record to 3-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to Patrick Henry (Ashland, VA) to meet the Patriots in a non-league battle on Monday, December 16. The Patriots enter the battle with a record of 0-6. Patrick Henry lost 49-47 in their recent non-league battle against Louisa County (Mineral, VA)

The Wildcats now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Massaponax for a Commonwealth battle on Friday, December 13. Mountain View will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 48-41 non-league win over Chopticon (Morganza, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 1-3.
