The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Highland Bulldogs (Palmdale, CA) and the visiting Eastside Lions (Lancaster, CA), observed Highland's basketball team knock off Eastside by a score of 52-43.

The Bulldogs (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Granada Hills Charter (Granada Hills, CA). The Highlanders come into the non-league challenge with a 6-4 record. In their last challenge, Granada Hills Charter dropped by Oak Park (Oak Park, CA), 70-49, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions encounter the Quartz Hill Royals (Quartz Hill, CA) in a Golden challenge, on Monday, December 16. Eastside will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Royals come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 51-44 league win over Knight (Palmdale, CA).
