The Utopia Buffaloes basketball team scored 36 points and limited the host Knippa Crushers to 17 in the Buffaloes non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Buffaloes now have a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Sabinal for a non-league game on Thursday, December 12. Utopia will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 38-27 non-league loss to Utopia (Utopia, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Knippa falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Crushers travel to Rocksprings (Rocksprings, TX) to confront the Angoras in a non-league game on Friday, December 13. The Angoras go into the game with a record of 4-12. Rocksprings won 62-30 in their recent non-league game against IDEA College Prep (Alamo, TX)
