The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Seneca Valley Raiders (Harmony, PA) and the visiting Neshannock Lancers (New Castle, PA), observed Seneca Valley's basketball team knock off Neshannock by a score of 58-42.

The Raiders (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Freedom (Woodbridge, VA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Freedom dropped by Potomac Senior (Dumfries, VA), 46-31, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Lancers encounter the Maplewood Tigers (Guys Mills, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 27. Neshannock will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record.
