    The Mead Panthers nipped the host Mt. Spokane Wildcats basketball team by a tally of 57-55 in Friday's non-league game.

    The Panthers now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Central Valley for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 16. Mead will play a Bears team coming off a 62-48 non-league win over Gonzaga Prep (Spokane, WA). The Bears record now stands at 4-1.

    With the loss, Mt. Spokane falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Gonzaga Prep (Spokane, WA) to play the Bullpups in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 16. The Bullpups go into the game with a record of 4-1. Gonzaga Prep lost 62-48 in their recent non-league game against Central Valley (Spokane Valley, WA)
