The New London-Spicer Wildcats basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the host Rockford Rockets to 37 in the Wildcats non-league win on Friday.

Next, the Wildcats clash with the Watertown-Mayer Royals (Watertown, MN) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, December 16. New London-Spicer will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Royals come into the outing with a 2-0 record after their 73-58 non-league win over Sibley East (Arlington, MN).

The Rockets (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Brooklyn Center (Brooklyn Center, MN). The Centaurs go into the AA Section 5 bout with a 0-3 record. In their last bout, Brooklyn Center was ripped by Kennedy (Bloomington, MN), 70-69, in a non-league bout.
