Florida High School Basketball - Moore Haven overwhelms Lake Placid

The Moore Haven Terriers basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Lake Placid Dragons to 26 in the Terriers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Terriers now have a 9-0 record. They play next when they host Glades Day for a Rural District 8 game on Monday, December 15. Moore Haven will confront a Gators team coming off a 52-27 non-league loss to Lake Worth (Lake Worth, FL). The Gators record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Lake Placid falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Dragons host Santa Fe Catholic (Lakeland, FL) to confront the Hawks in a non-league game on Monday, December 15.
