The Abington Galloping Ghosts basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Hatboro-Horsham Hatters to 49 in the Galloping Ghosts league victory on Tuesday.

The Galloping Ghosts now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Upper Dublin for a Suburban One - American contest on Friday, December 16. Abington will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 61-42 league win over Wissahickon (Ambler, PA). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-2.

The Hatters (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Plymouth Whitemarsh (Plymouth Meeting, PA). The Colonials come into the Suburban One - American contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Plymouth Whitemarsh edged Quakertown (Quakertown, PA), 81-63, in a league contest.
