Rome Wolves (Rome, GA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Cedartown Bulldogs (Cedartown, GA), 64-49 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Rome upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Coosa (Rome, GA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, December 16. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 4-4. Coosa won 62-48 in their recent league bout against Armuchee (Rome, GA)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, GA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 17. Cedartown will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 61-57 non-league win over Landmark Christian (Fairburn, GA).
