The Cheney Blackhawks basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Lewis & Clark Tigers to 43 in the Blackhawks league triumph on Tuesday.

The Blackhawks now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ridgeline for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. Cheney will battle a Falcons team coming off a 66-57 non-league loss to Ferris (Spokane, WA). The Falcons record now stands at 3-3.

The Tigers (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Gonzaga Prep (Spokane, WA). The Bullpups enter the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Gonzaga Prep ran past Central Valley (Spokane Valley, WA), 69-40, in a league contest.
