Alabama High School Basketball - Wiregrass succumbs to Chipley

The Chipley Tigers topped the host Wiregrass Kings basketball team by a final score of 66-52 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Vernon Yellowjackets (Vernon, FL) in a 1A District 2 game, on Saturday, December 17. Chipley will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the game with a 2-6 record after their 44-43 non-league win over Wewahitchka (Wewahitchka, FL).

With the defeat, Wiregrass moves to 10-1 on the year. The Kings travel to Holmes County (Bonifay, FL) to face the Blue Devils in a non-league game on Thursday, December 15.
