Washington High School Basketball - Columbia River knocked off by Mark Morris

The Mark Morris Monarchs basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Columbia River Rapids to 51 in the Monarchs league triumph on Tuesday.
The Monarchs now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodland for a 2A Greater St. Helens contest on Thursday, December 15. Mark Morris will battle a Beavers team coming off a 88-45 league win over Fort Vancouver (Vancouver, WA). The Beavers record now stands at 4-0.
The Rapids (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hockinson (Brush Prairie, WA). The Hawks enter the 2A Greater St. Helens contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Hockinson was defeated by Ridgefield (Ridgefield, WA), 73-54, in a league contest.
