Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs (Brooklyn Park, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cristo Rey Jesuit (Minneapolis, MN), 81-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Maranatha Christian Academy upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Mustangs host Nova Classical Academy (St. Paul, MN) to play the Knights in a bout on Monday, February 6. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the play the New Life Academy/Van Wyk HomeSchool (Woodbury, MN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Cristo Rey Jesuit will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 89-66 non-league win over Concordia Academy (Roseville, MN).
