In Tuesday's league match, the host Eureka Hornets basketball team scored a good 59-48 triumph over the Tri-Valley Vikings.
In their next game, the Hornets meet the Ridgeview Mustangs (Colfax, IL) in a Heart of Illinois match, on Friday, December 16. Eureka will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record.
