The Beavers now possess a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hardin Valley Academy for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 15. Karns will confront a Hawks team coming off a 67-56 non-league win over Farragut (Knoxville, TN). The Hawks record now stands at 4-3.

The Smoky Bears (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Morristown-Hamblen East (Morristown, TN). The Hurricanes come into the 4A District 2 battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Morristown-Hamblen East dropped by Bearden (Knoxville, TN), 69-39, in a non-league battle.
